Check your PM.Hello. It's been 5 days (including Sunday) and still haven't been upgraded to 6MB from 2MB. I called 1218 and they said that "your request has been stuck" and it would have to be withdrawn first before resending it again and then it will be upgraded. Got the same reply from calling local exchange. What other measures can be taken? Is there a direct person i can talk to like in-charge or department head. it seems just calling 1218 doesn't do anything, they just resend emails or msgs.
