I can also confirm packet loss issues. Steam games are taking forever to download due to packet loss. Logging in to Rainbow 6 servers took forever to do so. PTCL seriously needs to get their s**t together. When I moved here around 2 years ago and asked for ISP suggestions, my relatives told me that PTCL is the best internet service in Pakistan lol.

Yep, I saw they changed the route of fortnite's middle eastern server several times and ping to 1.1.1.1 is shit as well. Speed is fine on local servers though

Btw Checked it for like 5 mins everything is running smooth i am a GPON user.

U r using Smart TV? Can you confirm if you face any issues? Like when you are downloading something, tv works fine?

Something is off. Websites on Fastly (Reddit, CNN, Lifehacker amongst others) which previously used to go to the Middle East are now being rerouted (to Singapore, maybe?).

Cloudflare is being rerouted to somewhere in Europe (I'm in Islamabad, and Cloudflare's dashboard says it's being rerouted for Islamabad, Karachi and Lahore - TW1 is fine).

Last night, I was installing Office 365. Speeds? Max 2-3Mbps (using their web installer). I downloaded their offline installer using a download manager and got full speeds.

In the morning, I was installing it on another machine (my dad's) - speeds are less than 1Mbps for the same installation (and still are - since 11 am or so). I think their CDN is messed up because speeds varied between 1Mbps and 3Mbps on my tethered 4G via TW1.

Barring Microsoft's CDN servers, something seems... off. My IPTV (not Smart TV - another service) seems to stream fine, including the HD channels (which require ~5-10Mbps speeds). It's sluggish at times, but not always... it's a bit flaky, perhaps.

Went to the exchange to inquire about my Smart TV request.. and they sent a guy in the evening. He couldn't get it to work because it wasn't activated from the backend.

When he left my internet on LAN wasn't working. Turns out he had put all the LAN ports on bridge mode. I had to manually set them back to route mode to get my internet up.

If you're asking about PUBG Lite (PC Version), ping is 140-148 and 0% PL.
