my ptcl smart tv got installed everything was working fine till today morning when live tv channels stopped working I restarted the device and its stuck at starting up screen with ptcl logo

archive.org working fine for me on cloudfare
only issue i have is with hbl online banking website and i was told that website is configured incorrect

Check outage log in the first post. I'll try to keep it updated whenever I notice something is off, or from updates that you guys post in this thread.

For now it seems okay.

Only CloudFlare and sites using it as a CDN are affected.

Thank you so much Murtaza. I owe you one. My friend who is on storm fiber also had similar results as yours. I will post mine below. For some reason my 3rd hop always results in a request timeout. I have also noticed that the modulation settings seem to effect the routing/ping for some reason. E.g on adsl2+ modulation with SRA Enabled my ping increases by 100 ms for some reason. All those servers which give me around 230 ping give me around 330-340 ping and if i disable SRA it returns back to 230-240 range. I think it may have to do with my line or router :(

Anyway here are my results.

If your line is stable and your stats don't fluctuate, disable SRA. That's only recommended for weak lines.

I would say my line is stable because i haven't seen any frequent disconnections for over a month now. My SNR stats also seem solid. 29 DB on Downstream and 12 DB on Upstream. But i'm still clueless on why i'm facing this issue. Gonna add an image of the past 24 hours stats.

Attenuation is quite high. Are you far away from the DP?

Nah, Its like 30 feet away from my home. Like if you walk from my home to the DP it takes less than 10 seconds. My connection used to be from a DP like right across my home but my connection wasn't stable. It still had the high attenuation. Our line quality is quite shit TBH. I'm like 300 meters from the Cabinet and like 1 KM from the exchange.

and also check you wire connections are not loose refresh connections and make sure it is tight

[MENTION=42544]murtaza12[/MENTION] These packet loss counters.. They're incremental I think. Like, in a week if it says 2100 that means an approximate of 300 packets were dropped daily.

    Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.
