I'm not going to say much because the sequel Continuum Shift is coming out in a month, and I plan on making an Official thread with in-depth info on the game.
Either Irontriggor or I are going to make it.
The character roster may be small, but is mad balanced. And the netcode is awesome. 7 out of the 12 characters in CT are male. So I don't know why you have a problem with that. Not like this is Arcana Heart or something.

I do have the original; played it online once or twice and the netcode is exceptional. I didn't really play it enough to get the hang of it, but will surely be willing to give this one a try.

I really love the game, I have it on both the 360 and PSP. Had a PS3 copy but had to sell it lol. Its one of the best fighting games in the market and my fav character would be obviously Ragna

Lychee wasn't D tier in the first game. She was B-C tier. The two D tier characters were Iron Tager and Haku-Men (my main). Even so, the tiers were so close that I could take on two of the three kings (Arakune, V-13) without any problem.
V-13 can have projectiles materialise out of thin air. But once you get in, she got nothing. V-13 players panic and barrier burst. If you can get in once more, she's dead.
The only character I had a problem with was Rachel (the gothis lolita vampire chick). She can zone Hakumen out very well.
Believe it or not, they went extreme on CS's tier list. Hakumen has jumped from D tier to A tier. Bang has jumped from lower C to S tier. Carl has gone from low C tier to A tier. Rachel has been so badly crippled that she went down from S tier to D tier (its like switching Sagat and Dan's positions in the tier list from SFIV to SSFIV). BB:CT had much better balance than SF ot Tekken, and CS looks like its even more balanced. Oh, and Arakune is still S tier.
Also, I urge the mods to locl this thread, as I'm in the process of making a kickass BBCS official thred.

Like I said, I didn't spend a lot of time with Blazblue. I hope more people get the sequel.
And make the new thread, I'll lock this one up once that one goes live.
New game is coming out on July 27th in the US.
PAL date has not been announced, but the developers have assured that it'll hit 'in 2010'. You may know that while BBCT came out in mid-2009 for US, it was delayed for many months for PAL regions, coming out in May of this year.
Hopefully there won't be that much of a delay this time around.
I would recommend getting a Region 1/ Region 3 copy. I don't know much about game availability in Pakistan but you can talk to PG member Amaga regarding this.
I might put an order on play-asia.com for a copy, like I did last year.
As for tiers, well, tiers are just user made lists that sort characters based on how powerful they are. Tiers go from S (the highest) to C or D (the lowest).
Tiers don't really matter in BB as everyone plays so differently. Don't pay much attention to them, tiers lead to mindless fanboy debates many times.
Haku-men is kinda weird, but he's the simplest to play and the closest thing to a Street Fighter character IMO.

I have heard that it is now unplayable in countries which do not support handful of third world countries not recognized by Sony like Pakistan. Steam is a true global platform.Then they cry that console gaming is dying. -

You reap what you sow. This is what happens when you take away choice from consumers. Even with 88% split going to developers, they can't recoup costs. Meanwhile, Helldivers 2 is a massive hit for Sony thanks in big part to Steam.iampasha said: -
