Its got a Snapdragon 410 and 1GB of RAM.
It'll most definitely run 720p YouTube videos.
My piece of shit Galaxy Tab 4 with 1.5GB of RAM and some crap CPU can run YouTube videos, so the A3 should easily be able to run it. Don't worry.

swipes no button layout etc ! sometimes tapping or mashing on the screen too ! its fun
