Guys what is HEC package ? Some guy is selling hec sim for 2000 should I get it ? Will it work on other devices other then shitty dongle provided by hec and what exactly is the package.

Never used it. I used ZONG card and it worked fine.
Is ur phone dual sim ? If yes then u should keep Jazz sim in SIM1
