@incpetion i think that speed on zong 4g is in islambad right --or some locations in rwp --not every where -

any one using ptcl 4g device - i have yet to see it cross 10mb download and 9mb upload in dha / bahria town area will do some more testing tommorow but still

Need Zong 4G settings for Xperia Z2. Would really appreciate if someone would share settings. Also one more thing which is, is there Zong 4G connectivity in Township (lahore) or just 3G. As i'm currently getting only 3G connectivity.

I have a S5 4g + with a Zong "4g" SIM. I believe that my area has Zong coverage and even if not, i've tried it on Iqbal Town aswell but i can't seem to get the 4g to work on my device. The mobile network sign is always H+ and the speeds aren't 4g either. So what do i have to do? Do i need to activate a package?

You've to call helpline 310 and then they will enable 4G LTE option from there side no rocket science !!
Just talk to customer representative and tell them to enable 4G, they will enable and then wola youre on 4G LTE

No need for root at all !! You cant register to network on 4G untill 4G isnt activated from the system

Thanks to your info i manged to know that my 4G was also deactivated from backend. The CSR said ive activated your 4G just now.

But I've restarted my phone but still no 4G, even though my phone is set on LTE(Preferred) /WCDMA/GSM.

Does it takes time from backend to get 4G activated or does it happens at once.

How quickly does your 4G got activated?

Okay if thats your Z2 original then you can go to service menu ( *#*#7378423#*#*) and go to service settings/network mode. Select LTE Only
