Temparatrue problem...

hello guys i am facing very difficult situation.my cpu heats up badly.It Temparature mostly at 85 - 90 C.I am very sad.When i launch some game like Warcraft : DOTA my fps mostly 5-10 FPs.I have 9600 GSO md512.
2 GB ram
120 GB hDD.
250 watt psu.
intel 2.8ghz processor simple
mobo D945GCNL.

i removed all dust from heatsink still no usage...before removing dust temparature was same and afterwards also same..

what should i do..
kindly help me..

Did you try changing the thermal paste? Also check if the HSF is seated properly.

no i havent changed thermal paste

Try changing thermal paste & also check if the heat sink is seated properly but I think thermal paste needs changing.

okay bro..can u tell me where to get thermal paste..and should i change heatsink fan??

Take it to any PC shop (try Dubai Plaza) & tell em to change the CPU paste & blower waghaira maar dain. No need to change the fan if its working properly.

bro reapply the thermal paste. get the cooler master nanofusion thermal paste from media international.
also check ur psu
