Tax rate on Internet ??

Im really confused about the tax rate, these b*tch ass ISP's don't display it at all on their websites. Recently i inquired about Optix 40 Mbps connection, the support told me the total amount will be 6300 PKR with the tax where as the rate of the package is 4600 PKR. That makes the tax rate at a whooping = 27% Just WTF? How can it be so high and why cant i find official information regarding applicable taxes either on TES or Optix or any other ISP's website.

Can some well informed person guide me what are the rates n if these companies are just extorting money under the pretext of tax?

I just need to know the damn tax rates so i can calculate the final bill. Do you know the real tax rates applicable on internet?

12.5 + 19.5 = 32.5 ? So im paying 32% tax on my shitty internet? F--king b@stards in parliament and haramkors

First add 12.5% to the bill, then add 19.5% to the same. It's actualy a sum of 35% tax boiii...

    why you are paying american rates in Pakistan. Search cheaper region like Turkey. 13k for 13 months. Ms does not care
