your LCD/LED resolution does matter very much.....
if 1920x1080p then no need to waste money on multiple GPUs, a single powerful GPU will do the job ...
similarly, a decent 800~850w PSU is enough for a single high end GPU setup ...

so better you slightly elaborate what kind of setup you want, so that guidance would be easy and precise ... azambannu

I dont know voodoo, as i am noob in setting up a pc. Don't even know the types of hardwares. It will be nice of you if u mention each type of hardware with its brand. I can get items from UK n USA if they are not available here in Pak. I just want the best setup that money can buy.

being a new comer in PC, plz keep in view the following things:-

 1. what i am going to suggest is not final, wait for replies of other members
 2. you should be aware about price drop of PC components, your 500k setup might be sold after 1~2 year around say 200k...
 3. am not experienced in fans, lightning, water cooling, keyboard, mouse, LED, so wait for more suggestions....

2x Gigabyte 980Ti G1 would be much better in my opinion.

Except few most of the components will needs to be imported from either AMAZON or Newegg. depending upon your preference and feasibility. you can also take Jshak 's services for importing.

taha123 i don't care about money for this project. I just want a pc which i don't have to upgrade all the time. I can even spend 700k may be. I can easily get the items from abroad, so just need suggestions about the ultimate best hardwares which are compatible with each other.

700k as in 700 000?
For that you can get a really overkill build and a proper 4K setup. Are you sure 700 000 not 70 000? If that's so I'll suggest you a build.

Ya bro 700,000/- but thats just a PKR conversion. I am here in Pakistan for couple of weeks and my cousin told me that u can get a great desktop in that price. I live in UK and I can spend 4,500£ here on my build. I already have my curved 4k ultra 65" Samsung. I also have a surround system and own some turtle beach headsets for ps4. So need help with all the remaining items.

If it really is 700, slap some Titan x's in there, an i7 6 core unlocked processor, 16 or 32 gigs of ram, a TB or more of ssd, a decenty good motherboard, 1200 watt psu and some aftermarket fans and heat sinks to overclock em all and keep it cool. And at last get a decent looking case. With a budgeted 700 000 ull get some serious overkill which u probably won't need.
Here's a video on a 4K build guide. It's around 250 000. http://youtu.be/Cq-zqQiY-OA

But off course if u want you can go higher. There's a lot of resource out there for such builds. However i think that you probably won't need to go too high unless you are using multi monitors at more than 4K
