brand preferably nokia otherwise build quality matters
video resolution minimum 320*240
camera =any
memory card =8gb would be sufficient
help me in deciding as c3 has wifi but s40 which I dont like

Find yourself a used Android, the Samsung Spica i5700 would be the best choice in your budget.

Do read its review over at GSM arena.<br>


Watch some videos of it at YouTube by PhoneArena or GSMArena.

And also, search over internet and get to know about Android first, before buying the handset. Because you'll be needing to MOD your spica inorder to get the Maximum Possible performance out of it, which includes overclocking the device as well.

Build Quality is Plastic, but that is a QUALITY build. I mean the device just does not feel cheap in your hands and does look good too with its very acceptable 3.7" display.

Forget Nokia, you can get twice as better things in your current budget than any shitty symbian phone you get by Nokia.

reasons
1) better resolution screen than any android available in budget
2) solid built
3) possibly easily in my budget around 8-9 k if I am wrong about this please correct me
as the lowest android I can get is galaxy mini @ 11 k and that has resolution of only 320*240 and thats shit on a big screen pixelation and all that stuff (my basic concern in handset is videos wifi and office) am i going correct way ?

about moding and customization and all that I used to be that type of guy but now my life is too busy to care about how my mobiles home screen looks like and if i am at latest os or not yes I am using default nokia theme for n72 and i am not bored
