Storm Fiber Destiny 2 issue

I have storm fiber and was playing destiny 2 but have been facing some networking problems, so i was told if i buy static ip and will try to port forward, the issues will be resolved. So i bought static ip and tried port forwarding but it's still not working so is there anyone that faced this problem and have a solution so please let me know.
PS: i know VPN works but i am trying to find another solution

There is no other option unless you use vpn, static IP won't fix shit. Rainbow 6 was unplayable until I got a vpn. ISPs here are garbage and to top it off retard SOBs at PTA use WMS to monitor internet traffic which messes with game data and causes network issues.

What you need is router configuration, I faced the same issue, if possible share your router settings.
