PC Starcraft 2 is coming?

I have read and heard lots of rumors on the internet related to Starcraft 2 like blizzard might give some news on starcraft on february or march 2007 or the game is already completed and ready for shipping and sellin in march 2007 lol

So what you guys think? when will blizzard release the starcraft 2?
