Speaker Recommendation + Headphones

What are you guys personally owning and using right now? Want to get both budget level. Found some on czone but don't know if they are good

like I like these Speakers - Logitech Multimedia Speakers Z150 in Pakistan for Rs.2100.00 | Computer Zone

But I can get subwoofer from a Chinese brand -> Speakers - Audionic Max-5U Max Series 2.1 Channel Speakers in Pakistan for Rs.2550.00 | Computer Zone

Headphone recommendation? Under 8k

Dont want to spend fortune in them.

Yupe, already going through the thread. Contacted bachelor for headphones and they aren't available.

But really want speakers. Not fan of wearing headphones

Read a post on head-fi.org forum by a reputable member. In conclusion, these 2.1 "sub wooofer" aren't really sub woofer but just marketing gimick.

Going to go with a stereo system at the start and might get a real sub woofer.

For people on a budget, I recommend getting a 2.1 Edifier sound system. I've used the Edifier X600 and liked them very much. Clean sound and decent bass which isn't muddy. IMO the subwoofer isn't just a gimmick. I'm currently using Logitech z506, but I wish I still had the Edifiers.

If you need a lot of volume and bass on a budget, then I'd recommend getting a cheap used amplifier (Onkyo, Mitsubishi etc.) for 3-5k and hooking up a pair of used bookshelf or floor-standing speakers. I've used 3 setups like this (all costing just about 10k each), and all of them were good with more bass and volume than I needed.

Try Edifier R401 2.1 System. I have it myself and love it. Woofer is awesome to rock even 2x large rooms lol
