Well, my aim is to transfer these torrented videos into my iPod but it was impossible to sync them to iTunes so the only solution I came across on some website was to edit every single one of these details and then sync them into iTunes. Now, after about an hour of tweaking with the security tab in the properties, I finally enabled myself to edit this data, but am unable to achieve this feat again and I just can not imagine how tough it is to edit some common file data! Because when I click it, nothing happens and I cannot edit it.

videos are easily synced into the ipod via iTunes. you said it was impossible to sync them. just tell me what happens when you try to sync.
do it take more time...? if its the reason then i can resolve your problem.

When I try to sync the videos by dragging them or even manually adding them, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING happens (I also checked the 'Home Videos' section where videos sometime get transferred but nothing, there was absolutely no sign anywhere! And yes I've already made sure that my videos are MP4 H264 format). I have to be able to edit those details in order for it to sync, and I was able to do it once, but not again. And I have like 30 something videos waiting in my PC to be transferred so I'm really getting impatient now.
And I'm using an iPod Touch 4th Gen 32GB.

U have to sync your videos to your iTunes in PC and then they can be transferred to your iPod

I use the following method .its damn easy

Download

Copy trans manager

Make sure iTunes closed . Manually drag your videos or audio in the window

Songs transferred . But you have to convert manually videos in the format which is compatible with Ios

Oh leave it I found an alternate by using a third party app called 'Syncios' to sync the videos. Works like a charm and also converts the videos!
