Software to make mix videos with songs and effects

Can anybody tell me what is best software to use for making video mix with songs and all the effects like used by professionals??

Your question is a bit vague. I think you're looking for a good video editor though - in that case Sony Vegas is top-tier software.

Try using OpenShot. its Free to use as its open source. You wanna have feel for Professional use then try using Kdenlive also open source and free to use. But has professional level tools like Adobe Premier.

    why you are paying american rates in Pakistan. Search cheaper region like Turkey. 13k for 13 months. Ms does not care
