Slow download speed on D-Link 2730U

I recently bought 2730U. I have set it up and been able to connect to internet but the issue is the browsing and downloading speed is consistently low. Previously I was using D-Link 2520U with TP Link wifi router. It has been giving the accurate speeds. Even now if I connect from the previous setup, I get the accurate speeds. But when I connect from 2730u, the speeds go drastically down. I have only one PTCL BB connection.
Can anyone help me out?

Ur story is half baked bro. Some questions before going further

1. U talking abt DSL speed or Network speed ?

2. Whats ur actual dsl speed and how much u r getting out of dlink ?

3. Whats ur dsl snr and attenuation

thanks for replying.

My dsl speed is 8mb but when i download something i get 20kbps or less. With my previous setup I get 700-800kbps. Snr is 6 and attenuation is 36. But these remain same in my previous setup as well.

Ur snr is damn low bro and try to upgrade its firmware and then try and if remains the same change ur modem/router
