sleeping dogs resolution refresh rate problem

okay so i installed sleeping dogs and when i tried running it i got out of range error. i am trying to play at a resolution of 1280x960 60hz but the game doesnt support this refresh rate so i cant play in fullscreen at this resolution i have tried running it in another resolution dont remember it exactly but it supported 60hz refresh rate and worked in fullscreen but i got black bar on the right side of the screen. so i ask is there any way i can play it at 1280x960 with 60hZ refresh rate ?

any help would be appreciated

p.s am unable to go to sleeping dogs forum dont know why as there were some people facing the same problem.

launch the game and press alt+Enter window mode activated then u set the resolution ingame..................

Go to the game directory: Sleeping Dogs\Data\displaysetting.xml edit ........
