Should I upgrade my i5 3570

Hello everyone. Been searching for a very while for this. Haven't found a solid answer yet. System specs are below i5 3570 on an intel DP67BG, Gskill trident x 16 gb ram, Galax gtx 970 exoc 4gb, Win 10 Shall i upgrade this processor? All games work fine just BF1 - multiplayer runs quite bad. MSI afterburner shows that processor is at 100% all the time. If upgrade has become necessary for this processor then what should I be aiming at. Not willing to expend much as planning to buy a gtx 2060 or 2070 this year

Go for an i7 3770 if you dont want to change your mobo. Your 3570 will bottleneck in the upcoming games. Already the recommended cpu for most heavy games is 4790k, go figure.

If you've got the dough to spend then i recommend stepping up to the latest 8th gen.Even a core i3 8350k would do you wonders.UserBenchmark: Intel Core i3-8350K vs i5-3570K

I was talking about i7 3770 not 3770k as your mobo wont support k version. As for performance difference then its almost 20%, its an i7 which is a must have for latest games.
