Sending money abroad?

I wanna remit $55 to a bank account in Turkey (application fee for a university), but the problem is that all the exchange companies like Western Union, DollarEast and MoneyGram have a minimum amount od $500 and they don't send any amount below that. Plus I don't have a foreign exchange account in a bank either.

So is there anyway to send this money? I'll also need a proper receipt of the remittance as proof of payment (need to scan that and upload it to their online application).

i doubt that man! western union has minimum limit of $50

lots of money exchange shops and banks offer remittance service, try national bank remittance I heard that it's cheap however they will charge a fee around US$20 or so or you can contact some members here who can help you out with this. I think [MENTION=2126]Jshak[/MENTION] could help you

Who said that? I transferred approximately $250 to China few days ago through western union. There isn't transfer limit. They charge PKR 1850 Rs on amount equal to or less than PKR 20,000.
