Plenty.

RAM management is better. Battery timing seems to have improved a lot.

Screen quality became better to the point that is is clearly visible.

The good news is, you can flash 4.3 official ROMs without increasing the counter unless you are installing a leaked one or downgrading.

This is very good news as I can easily switch to my Region's ROM when it is released and not worry about voiding the warranty because of the e-FUSE counter.

They should have included OpenGL, none the less, they atleast added some features.
And finally some bootloader stuff, as before Samsung's mobile seemed a toy, as anyone could flash a ROM, and do what ever they liked

For starters its officially for ur region... and its easy to do instead of swapping in another regions etc.. noob friendly, illl do it when my s4 asks me to do it

there's no need to factory reset the device if u are updating via kies/OTA.

Two questions : do i HAVE to hard reset phone after a major update of Android , even if one feels phone is working better with no force closes/errors?

Second question that whenever i have rebooted phone then some notification pops up that an unauthorized app is accessing restricted area and it has been blocked. Can anyone tell me what is that about when i havent sideloaded any apk in the phone ever?

just did 4.3. got the new reading mode tab now. would had been better if it was after mobile data tab but OK

the signs are kinda different now, the design of them. looks more china type now LOL

the One upgrade i see is that i have ram cleaner and its working all the time showing me my ram usage, before the update it was 80percent now after update its 57percent ! Kewl. goes to 70 max

Go to Settings--MY Device- Display--Notification panel-- to swap the Reading Mode tab with Mobile data tab.

Updated to Russia's 4.4.2 and you won't believe how smooth the mobile has gotten. Extremely fast, animations no longer have jerks in them. All in all I'm blown away.
