I would disagree. Active will always be better. There is no question of crosstalk in this generation as the technologyis more refined. eye strain that's person to person , never was an issue.
Actually, there's a significant divide among people on both technologies. Active does give you sharper IQ, but crosstalk is still a serious issue on LCDs. Active 3D projectors and Plasmas can conceal it better due to the way their tech works. Plasmas, for example, have extremely high native motion resolution. The faster the panel, the less crosstalk there is on active 3D. Unfortunately, that isn't the case with LCDs, since the standard motion resolution on LCD panels is 300 vertical lines.

Eyestrain does vary from person to person, but a majority of people who watch a 2-3 hour movie will tell you that they did experience discomfort with active 3D at some point. On newer TVs, flickering has been reduced to the extent where it isn't visible or noticeable anymore, but the active shutter method still affects one's eyes on a subliminal level.

certainly W900 has an edge with its triluminous panel.
It depends on personal preferences, to be honest. The W900 does offer triluminous tech, but at the cost of poorer viewing angles.

One area where the W800 gets the edge is in terms of input lag. This won't matter to most people, but to those who're into multiplayer games (especially fighting games), it's probably going to be the determining factor.

Any input lag below 30ms is hardly noticeable , the 3ms or 10ms won't be an issue in real world when playing from Pakistan. That's what input lag really is for , online gaming.
Online latency is a bigger issue, yes, but it adds up with input lag.

So, online latency + TV input lag = the overall input delay you're getting.

Anything under 25ms will be decent. Anything higher will be considerably noticeable.

Exactly the quality is reduce in passive. Sony w900 and w800 are the complete package have all the new picture advancement toys in them while also got the best best input lags.

Sony W900A vs W802A

Despite having an almost identical design, the internals of the two series differ significantly. The TRILUMINOS Display which is a new backlight-related technology that involves the use of quantum dots which by the means of energization produce light in the three primary colors is only to be found on the flagship model. As a result, it has more saturated colors than its tier-two counterpart as well as to a potentially wider color gamut. Another feature that is limited to the W900A only is the Deep Black Panel, which is in fact an anti-reflective filter so even under bright light the colors won’t look washed out.
There is a difference in the type of the backlight dimming that is used on the two devices: while the top-tier set has local dimming so it’s able to adjust the light that different portions of the screen get individually, the W802A has frame dimming meaning the whole screen is dimmed simultaneously (when the displayed content requires it). Obviously, the latter method won’t help much when it comes to displaying mixed content (e.g. shadows on a sunny day) resulting in a potential lost of detail.
Another major distinction between them is the flavor of 3D they have: the W900A has the active variant, so you get Full HD resolution in 3D mode but a slightly dimmer image due to the shutter glasses. The step-down model comes with the passive one, so you only get half the vertical resolution but the picture it’s brighter and four 3D glasses are included.
The flagship TV has Motionflow XR 960 with the panel’s native refresh rate being 240Hz. On the other hand, the second-in-line has Motionflow XR 480 and a 120Hz panel so the W900A will handle fast motion better. It also should be mentioned that both of them have a redesigned menu interface (although some picture calibration options such as the 10-point grayscale are absent from the flagship set but are included on the W802A).

This is all true, but at the same time viewing angles on the W900A are less than decent. Typically, an LCD should give you good viewing angles within a 90 degree axis (45 deg to the left and 45 deg to the right from the center). On the W900A, this axis is reduced to 40 degrees (20 to the left, and 20 to the right).

Both the W800A and W900A have their pros and cons. It's for you to decide which ones matter more
to you.

I wouldn't worry about Motionflow. It's mostly a gimmick that artificially enhances the motion resolution at the cost of artifacts. It also drastically increases input delay.

did you try setting up Google Payments? For UBL you may have to get it enabled for internet transactions, Naya should work without it!

Did y'all see the new Assassin's Creed trailer? They finally made a AC set in Japan & then they put a negro as the male protagonist. Ubisoft is taking cues from Disney, and it isn't gonna end well for them, just like Disney. Go woke, go broke!
