Recommend me some HD movies/documentaries!

I searched for this type of thread, there were like 2 pages, and I just looked at the 1st page and Did NOT find any, so if there is a thread like this I am very sorry (Posts dont count )

I just got a new HDTV, and wanted to know is there are REALLY good movie which I MOST LIKELY would have NOT watched, such as DON'T recommend me famous movies like the Dark knight, terminator, spider-man, Iron man,e.t.c! Recommend me those movies which will look really good in HD! I want movies which will be worth the time spend downloading a 4-10GB movie!

BTW: I downloaded the whole PLANET earth series, and have watched about 15 mins, and is it amazing! Any other documentaries like this series!
And for movies in HD I am downloading the fowllowing: Braveheart, Ratatoullie, The shining!
