Recommend a Software for Lan Monitering and Control

I am looking for a software to moniter any pc or lan activity on my network and i can control any pc in my network
Please recommend me something with functionality like Teamviewer and for monitering i dont need the user to accept..

OS is Windows XP

I use "Net Monitor For Employees Pro".

It is excellent for monitoring.
BUT.
Totally shit ,compared to Teamviewer, for controlling.

It even has an option of disabling internet to any specific PC in the network which is great for annoying!

dont know about monitoring but you can control using VNC as well and it works pretty well.
