Rainbow 6 PTCL ping high for no reason

Hey Guys,

i have been getting 110-120 ms ping on ptcl 10 mb connection for a while now on SEA servers, even during the grim sky season
but a week ago suddenly the ping went from 110 to 300 on SEA servers, even though i have force changed the servers

anyone else having the same issue ?
i am getting 200 on weu compared to that, did something change on r6 end that did this, or am i the only one having this issue in islamabad.

Ptcl has one of the worst routing done .their ping is everything is fracked up . If you have choice switch to other providers.

well, for me i play cs:go i get 100-115ms on dubai but 180-200 on SEA Servers. For R6 200-250 on SEA and 300 on EU

Write ur external IP and keep restarting your router if it's in the same pool keep restarting after a while can take a few minutes to an hour or maybe it won't work in ur case it will keep you a totally different IP which will give u ur previous pings

It could be the traffic usages or server routing for specific amount of time, Have you checked late night or in the morning(around 2-3 am) if the pings are better? If not, you might need to recheck routing and IP.

Happens for me too, usually I got around 150 on SEA servers but now its over 300, and I get around 220 on weu servers.
PTCL really sucks..
