US PSN store man. Just open the PSN store from your XMB and am sure it'll be there on the top.

For the first time on PlayStation Network, Sony has partnered with Sprint to bring the PSN exclusive game, Rag Doll Kung Fu: Fists of Plastic, for FREE in the U.S. store. The game is free to download for this week only.
