It depends on your requirements and budgets and what you actually wants, it can be free (there are many free forum web applications/packages) are available as well as the free hosting! or it can cost you straight initial US$ 450 or even more if you want a professional and serious solution which includes a good server and forum package!

Thanks for the replay .I think I will go either with Begnnier to intermidiate one .Right now I don't want Professtional.

I have seen Free forums and I have owned some of them as well(Now ,I don't even remember their names :frown: ) .They are nice ,but their are lot of restritions as well .I think we can't use our domains on these free forums ?

I was looking for a Cheap solution .I looked at IB and vBulletin .

Can you suggest me something here?

I want to how much will it cost me in a yaer If I goo for Beginner or Intermidiate .

^ free forums hosting sux, BTW I was not talking about free forms hosting, I was talking about free forum packages like PHPBB etc..

IPB and VB are paid solutions and will cost you US$ 160 with a US$ 35 yearly charge (in case of VB) and you will also require a good fast server hosting package too! (that's why I quoted the initial price in my above post)
