QMobile A8 hanging problem

My noir A8 is hanging when using wifi and when connecting to Pc. The problem started after i connected my phone at my friend's home. Might it be a virus problem ? or something else
and please guide me to its remedy

Can't you backup your contacts/data and factory reset the device? Seems to me like the quickest, cleanest way to ascertain if it is a virus problem, or a hardware problem.

Factory reset and scan ur sd card internal and external.

If the issue doesnt work with resetting then try to flash a new rom and then get back

Windows viruses doesn't work on Android... Its more like a issue of System Memory which lacks for app (1GB for App Installation/512MB Ram) Try to move app to SD Card, Use a System Cleaner App for clearing up Ram & Disable unused app from Starup. Stock launcher lags a lot without any specific reason. I advice you to move to Holo Launcher HD for Stock Android Experience or Next Launcher or Go Launcher EX.

Thats what i did on My A7 which has similar hardware as A8, And its running smooth right now
