Want To Buy Q9650 or WTT my Q8400 with Q9650

I want to buy a Q9650
but if the prices are reasonable, cuz one can buy a brand new I5 second generation I5-2400 for 17.5K

I can also trade my Q8400 with the new cpu i get..
My Q8400 is in warranty and full accessories and perfect condition...

yes brother one can buy brand new i5 second generation ...in 17 to 18 k...and i5 much better then q 9650...but still quad core new price is 29300..recently i bought used .no warranti from lahore hafeez centre...22 k...and recently i sold that processor in 23500..
and now i have 2 quad 9550 more than one year warranti...1 q8200 and 1 q 6600...
