Salam,

Can a fan controller damage fans overtime? A good quality fan does not come cheap, around 1000 rupees per fan. Corsair AF120 must be around 1500. So wish to ask whether using a fan controller (from Sunbeam Tech which I already have) would be safe?

Or the fans should just be connected directly with PSU or connecting with Motherboard is best?

IMO . the current fan receive from controllers comes from extra protection layers. Plus the fan you will be using will have regulating voltage. It would not cause any trouble

Wikipedia page about fan controllers mentioned how low voltages may overheat fan? and cause damage. Unless I read it wrong.

No a fan controller won't because usually it is made for this specific purpose that you are asking about...
