PTCL Router HELP

i have ptcl broadband connection with TPLINK router, problem is that i forgot the router login password.. now if i reset the router could someone tell me how to configure it for PTCL settings

brother its so simple your phone number will be your login and ptcl is pasword try that one hopefully it will work otherwise call 1236 and get a new one but i am sure what i told you will work.login your phone number; and pasword ; ptcl .
