hi. i have been having disastrous 20 days. im getting constant dis connectivity and very low uploads.
my internet does not work, i have talked to 5 operations managers on 1218, in full detail, Mr. Uzair, Mr. Faheem, Mr. Arsalan are the ones i remember.
i have registered 6 complaints for DSL all of which have been resolved by them selves with out , my consent.
i have had 2 times visit of the line man with his assistant at my home and 3 times visit of the DSL officer from my exchange.
i got so mad that they dont do anything. LITERALLY ANYTHING! the line man comes to my home tells me that his job is to ensure the beep of the phone is working correct. thats fine.
that DSL guy comes to my home inside my room where i have my internet setup with my Rig and he FUCKING changes the DSL modes and thats IT! he says its the line problem which will be resolved by the line man.
im like WTF man>? my internet was working fine like a month ago and while i was on 4Mbps package this issue started occuring. then i upgraded to 8Mbps promotion and its all fucked up since then.
when i say them that why dont u switch my line to Fiber instead of Copper they say Fiber is not available anywhere in pakistan. i have read many people here who actually have fiber connection so wtf is that?
i have tried to register my complaints now to 1218 but they are not registering saying that the no of complaints u have registrered is over ur monthly limits now... im like WTTTTTTTTTTTTFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF?????????????????????????????

im so so much annoyed and mad i cant tell u guys ..
now another story. i have called World call for new connection. aunty said the cable internet service is not available in your area. u can get the maximum 512kbps connection of the dongle thingy... im like wtFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF
i also called COnnect communications. they gave me the number of the local dealer. he gave me no of another person,
now both of them are not receiving my calls. i emailed to [email protected] for the issue. no response from them as well.......
now, WHAT SHOULD I DO TO GET INTERNET IN THIS GOD FORSAKEN FUCKING COUNTRY????
can anybody suggest me what to do for the PTCL assholes? i have not enough resources to file a freaking law suite which they surely deserve!
what can i do? should i disconnect my connection>? what should i do?
@abobobilly can u suggest me anything? for the whole month the problem has been the same and no solution has been provided to me. tomorrow is sunday. another week gone with same problem.
im so frustrated of these PTCL people.
