PTCL Line stats

Are these line stats good ?





actually i am facing a problem that whenever the telephone set is busy the dsl light starts blinking and the internet disconnects so kindly check my snr margin and attenuation.

Well there can be some which can be either you dial your connection manually. You have't attached a Splitter or it is broken or something. Your headset is faulty which is causing the problem.

First change the Splitter to see weather your problem resolves. If the problem remains then check the headset by changing it, if the the problem persists then unplug the headset and see weather the problem resolves or not. It mainly happens due to manual dialup, splitter or headset problem.

Guys Can you check my DSL status too.

i encircled that was changed few days a go i don't know why. since then i am getting internet disconnects every 5 min. DSL link is stable.

Its not set by ptcl man. Your modulation is set to Auto Mode. kindly change your Modulation to ADSL2+. Its just that simple.

So i don't know how to read line stats on the modem. But i do know what snr means.
Now coming to the problem here are my line stats, the snr margin is high, no? It's a 4mb connection.

First search what is SNR Margin and then compare your Value in SNR Margin. After that read your statement and then tell me if its your SNR Margin is causing the problem since I know it ain't.
