[SOLVED] PTCL disconnections

hi, lately i've been experiencing a ton of disconnection issues with my ptcl before it was just when i played league it would disconnect only on my laptop but still work on my ipad or phone and restarting modem would fix it, now its happening everytime i open anything, dota , league, WoW, sc2 any game at all. and internet disconnects totally, for all devices and it continues doing that for 1hr+ every few minutes even after restarting. anyone know a fix for this? i called PTCL 8 times now but they dont do anything , bus bolte hai, "jee apka complaint register hogya hai, kuch der intezar kijiye hum sahi kar wa denge" then hangs up and nothing gets solved :/

Check your lines, looks like it is malfunctioned. Change it, I also changed my line for fiber optics. I too experienced same issue many times in Past, but it is resolved when i changed the line.

I'm having the same issue. How do I get my lines changed? Desperate for an answer.
