Hello. I need help. I can not sign in to playstation network for over a week now. I am using zong 4g internet but psn network is not signing in either on ps4 or from pc. I tried to connect it with my friends internet and it did. Can someone plz tell me what to do? has my ip been blocked on ps4 or something like that?

I'm using Zong as well and this seems to be a persistent issue with it these days. What you can do is go to the ZOng MBB page and change the DHCP ip.. Its usually something like 192.168.8.1 and you can change the last two digits. It might need a couple or so tries but it does work eventually.
Apparently zong has blocked online gaming on PS4 and most prob on X1. They have also very recently capped the torrents speed to 100 KB/s. The service is getting shitty day by day. So, you wont be able to play online on zong 4g. I had the same issue, switched to PTCL EVO Charji and its working fine now.
actually i dont agree with the above poster.....zong is working fine these days...yes, connectivity issue ata hai...but it is not as bad as the above poster has commented....
on the other hand....even though i am using zong mbb i dont have a solution to this problem.....what i did was, just changed the socket in which i connect the wingle....and it works....

You literally can't play online with zong..it connectivity type is NAT 3 which is not recommended
