PS4 Frozen Black Screen when Powering Off.

Hey guys, so it's been about a week now and whenever I power off my console it gives a black frozen screen and the indicating light (white) keeps on blinking and the console never turns off. I have to manually power it off.
Can anyone help me out? I just contacted the PS4 Twitter support and they asked me to open it on SAFE MODE.

it somtimes happen to me aswell.. it came bcoz of the 4.5 update.

Did you tried to wait for a longer time it sometimes happens with me when I try to switch off the ps4 while the applications are still running.Try to close all applications and then turn off if it doesn't work go into safe mode

Okay ...if it doesnt work. Will help u claiming the warranty locally. The conditions will be explained on call when you feel your ps4 is not able to recovery from the tips members sugguest.

Uh-huh, alright let me see if it gets resolved.
Also I bought my console from Saudi Arabia not Pakistan and happens to be under warranty.

Hey, so I checked it again though I was pretty sure and it turned out that my console is still on "4.07".
Because I'm not able connect to PSN on my current Internet connection.

Yeah I did, almost half an hour.
And the Safe Mode solution failed.
I again reached out to PS4 support regarding the matter. Let's see what else they suggest, in the meanwhile I'll just have to power it off manually ;-;
