Playstation PS3 Multiplayer Issue(low signal)

Hi guys, As the title says i have the low signal issue(usually yellow bar or at times red). I have got a 4Mb ptcl connection with ptcl router.

Details of router and ps3:

Router model: AN 1020-25

Connection Speed: 4MB

PSN Account Details:

Ps3 model: Slim(3004-B, reg2)

Region 1(U.S-New York)

Game i'm currently having problem with is Reg 3 Black Ops and KZ3 also takes alot of time to join a session.
Using ethernet cable to connect to my ps3.

Created a seperate thread as will get a faster response. Any help would be appreciated!

The only way (as far as I know), to get Green signals in Multiplayer blackops is to play with people close to your location.
I have found some good men from Lhr, Islamabad, Pindi, Khi... We make party, and when atleast 4 guys are from Pakistan in a party, the Host is from our party. And all
the party members get full signals... 3 atleast.

0h that's great will add you. But im sure there will be a solution to this!
Hope we get sum help yes the speed depends on how far are you from the host.
Have read different stuff on the net like putting the ps3 in dmz mode n at times some ppl say that the ptcl router isn't good enough.
