ps3 controller problem

Assalam O alikum,
my controller was working fine untill the next day , now its not syncing neither its getting power on. When i plug it with usb it gets on and light turns solid but the controller isn't working neither responding. Can the controller be repaired? Its not responding it just gets power with usb nothing more than that!

W salam. Bro reset ur controller. Push the small reset swith for 10 to 15 sec of ur controller using a needle or pin. Located on the back of the controller.
