So what's up with the price? You may be asking yourself, "Self, why in the world is a used 60 GB PS3 more expensive than a brand new PS3?" The 60 GB PS3 happens to be backwards compatible, allowing you to play many PS2 games on it. It also has 4 USB Ports as well. As a result, not many people are willing to give them up, making them harder to find and thus, a little more expensive.

The Flap for the Memory cards is broken, but the all memory card readers are working perfect

I bought a 60GB backwards compatible NTSC-UC from the forum for 24000 last year. Its not like they run pirated PS2 games. U need originals which are not cheap.

Mate, justify what you are asking reasonably. 28k is the almost the touching price of PS3 Slim.

i think he means the backward compatibility support but that still doesnt justify the pirce
one can buy a ps3 AND a ps2 in less than this price and the ps2 will even run pirated games
