Problem in HBL internet banking fund transfers

i want to know tht anybody except me having problem in funds transfer in through internet banking of HBL website .. i am getting error of "no cheques(s) found" .. previously i transfer money through this and had no issue.
can anybody tell also wht this error mean ??

It happened to me a while back. I had no option but to transfer the money using a friend's account.

To my surprise, the error went all by itself after a few days when I tried the transfer next time.

Do not know the meaning, though.

i also asked tht too ... i emailed four time to the complaint and internet banking email .. these dumb shits have made two or three internet banking email ids and no reply in two days from either complaint or internet banking ..
i was just thinking wht happen if we went abroad relying tht we have internet banking and our money is connected and this shit happens .. and HBL simply say customer help line par call kar lain .. Abuses will lead to bany ki dum hay in ki customer service !!

Unfortunately internet banking has not been very successful in Pakistan no matter which bank it is.
Whenever there is a pressing or urgent need, you will come to know that the online system is out of work.
More unfortunately, the helplines do not cater demands of the customers. They do not attend and respond properly.
They do not solve the issues rather they just try to justify their presence by asking stupid and irrelevant questions.
If by luck its working fine someday, you really enjoy the transactions in a matter of seconds.

Oh, do NOT ever rely on HBL in that regard.

Standard Chartered is recommended if that's what you plan to use banking for. Yes, online banking is alot better with SCB and even UBL, Ive heard.

i know .. meri branch ki ATM tu mera card hee nahin read karti thee .... last year i got a problem in internet banking when i was out of the country .. and they didnt attend my request on email .. asking me to call help line ..
