@Jshak its glad to hear ur ok now....u shud use lemons daily. In a litre water bottle, pour 1-2 lemon and make habbit of drink that water instead of normal water...u can add a bit of honey in it to improve the taste...it will clear all blockage soon InshaaAllah as it constantly cut those fatty cells and also keep weight in control.
Man this news is a serious warning for all of us to start thinking and work towards better health.
