Ping problems

Why is it that none of the ISPs in Pakistan can provide good pings with the rest of the worlds' servers. I tried PTCL, it only has some of it's own servers for games like counterstrike etc. which are still relatively better but still terrible on international standards and frustrating. What are the reasons that this quality multiplayer gaming access still escapes us to this day. Nayatel is a better ISP but they still have this problem.

Also will this situation improve over time, are there any initiatives thst may change this condition?

What are some of the possible solutions to this short of migrating to a country with better internet?

Server locations. No matter how stable or generally "good" the Internet connection from an ISP gets,it won't matter if the servers for the games are still far away from you which leads to high pings. Good Internet connection can never make a noticeable difference in pings. To solve the ping problem we need servers close to Pakistan to allow sub-100 ms pings.

Thanks for your input. Bilal i have played on local servers (within pakistan) using ptcl and now i have nayatel and though the games are playable i feel there are still discrepancies and lack of level playing field due to ping or connection issues.
But you seem to be saying that rhe only problem is that the servers themselves need to be closer or in pakistan. Im saying that the ones that already exist are sub par.

my lots of friends left Pakistan bcz of that reason bcz they still lags behind rest of world
..if u blames that server are far away then if UAE isp can get blow 120ms to EU then why ptcl user get above 350 ms in EU...

I agree. There are problems with the infrastructure. It is understandable that this is not a priority in a developing country but i'd just like to identify what the problem is.
