Ping dropped from 120 to 300 at the same singapore server

my connection is the same but on Singapore server which used to run at 120 ping 2 days ago, lags like hell now?
150 ping is frustrating in UK servers so anyone know what is the problem?
worldcall 1 Mbps connection (download speed is stable at 1mb)

just checked now, getting 110 ping

also i only found 3-4 servers by singapore like this with low ping (server name was gamers.com or something) can you tell me the name of other servers with good ping?

Servers that are on starhub's network give <100ms pings on specific PTCL prefixes.
