Tournament Rules
Qualifier Rounds
- 16 teams for Pakistan and India each running independent qualifier rounds
- 8 teams selected after conclusion of each qualifier rounds
- 4 pools and round robin based
- Top 2 teams selected from each pool
- Round robin style within pool
- Top 2 teams from each group face others in a single elimination to decide top 8.
- The single elimination matches will be a BO3
- Once all qualifier matches have been played, the elimination round will be played in the following format. The winners will proceed to the main tournament rounds
- Match A: 1st from Group A will face 2nd from Group B,
- Match B: 1st from Group B will face 2nd from Group A,
- Match C: 1st from Group C will face 2nd from Group D,
- Match D: 1st from Group D will face 2nd from Group C.

Main Tournament Rounds
- 8 Teams selected from qualifier rounds, 4 from Pakistan and 4 from India
- All matches played will be a best of 1 except for winner bracket finals, loser bracket finals and grand finals.
- The winner bracket and loser bracket finals will be a best of 3
- The grand finals will be a best of 5
- The team reaching the grand finals from winner bracket will have a 1 game advantage
Match Specific Rules
- All team players should be ready 5 minutes before the starting time allotted for a match. Not doing so would result into the following
- A team is considered late either if all of their members are not present
- If the team is 15mins late then the other team is given Selection Priority
- If the team is 30mins late then the other team has the option to wait further or take the walkover to move to the next stage
- A match may only be postponed if Valve DOTA 2 servers are down
- A game may be reloaded if one of the players is experiencing a bug
- A match can be played on any date before the due date
- Backdooring is allowed unlike some prior Dota 1 tournaments (backdoor protection still applies)
- If a player disconnects, there will be a pause for upto 5 mins before the game is resumed. If the player doesn’t joins back, the team will have to play with the remaining heroes but can control the hero of the player not available.
- Two pauses are allowed for each team and this can be modified by the acting match moderator.
- Matches can be forfeited by calling GG. Only the captains may do so for a team. If the game ends after GG is called, it signifies a victory for the opposing team.
- If there is a pause without the moderator’s consent, the game may be unpaused as such.
- Any and all hostile behavior to either the spectators, moderators or players can result in a forfeiture in a match. As we cater to all age groups, being vocally rude is not permitted at any time.
Teams and Stand in Policy
- Team name and players should be notified before the start of the tournament
- Each team is allowed to mention one stand in only
- The stand in must only for one team and cannot be used for another team
- The stand in must not be a member of any other team
People allowed in lobby
- The participating teams
- The casting team assigned for the match which is assigned channel 1.
- Only one casting team is assigned per match
- One admin
- All other players are expecting to watch the game on stream or DOTA TV.
Draft rules
- Game mode will be Captains mode
- Map used will be Tournament version
- The server will be SEA (Singapore) unless both team captains agree on changing the server
- Selection Priority is determined by a coin toss, done by the admin of the game.
- The team with Selection Priority gets to either pick their side of the map or the drafting order.
- If it is a best of 3 then Selection Priority is given to other team for game two and and so forth.
Registration
- All teams must register before XX/9/2013 . No late registrations will be permitted.
- There is an entry fee of 5 keys which will be added to the final prize pool.
- The items will be transferred to a steam account controlled only by moderators of the tournament.

Brackets are subject to change before the start of the tournament
Results Reporting
- The results should be reported by the admin of players participating in the match
- The end result along with the result screen should be posted in the tournament thread
