PC shooter with a good progress system (skill tree, build system, possible crafting) (i.e RPG feel)

Hey guys,
It's been quite a while since I've played a PC shooter. The last good ones I remember were the Crysis series, and Deus EX.


Looking for something similar, i.e an action shooting game where you have a good progress system via skill trees and armor/weapon upgrades, etc.
Something that's recent, at most 2 years old and with good graphics.
