I've been using a PayPal account for 2 years now without getting banned or anything. The catch is: you should take complete care when you login into your PayPal account from Pakistan - in other words, once you've made a PayPal account, and have it verified, you need to use a US based VPN to login. If you login from Pakistan even once, consider yourself screwed. I've been practising this method and have been successful with my PayPal account thus far.
First of all you need to register yourself with Payoneer and have them open up a bank account for you. Once that's done, you can easily have it linked to your PayPal account.
Second step is to make a PayPal account whenever your Payoneer account is active/verified. You can make a PayPal account with any address whatsoever from the US. I made mine using a random American address. As long as you verify your account with a US-based bank account you're safe - in this case Payoneer will be your US-based Bank account. They(PayPal) might, at times, ask you to give them a phone number for further verification but that's optional once you've secured yourself by linking a US bank account.
Okay now the problem is: you need cash in your PayPal account! To do this, as you might already know, you need another PayPal user to transfer funds into your account. If you have any relative/friend in the US with a PayPal account, that's good but if not read on: I've been using this exchange here in Pakistan which basically transfers funds to your PayPal when you pay them in Pak Rupees. Though you'll have to pay them a notch more than the current Dollar rate but it's worth it in the end. The same exchange can help you withdraw funds that you receive in your PayPal account. All you gotta do is transfer those funds to their PayPal account and once they receive it, they'll pay you out in rupees. I won't suggest you apply for Payoneer using a US address. I applied for Payoneer using my legit address. Also, Payoneer might even ask for your scanned CNIC copy or some sort of real identification, hence, it isn't advisable you do that for Payoneer. You'll have to provide all the correct details to Payoneer for them to approve your application. You can only use a US address for PayPal once you have an active/verified Payoneer account. For scanned cnic what I did was I got one paki scanned cnic from google edited it further XD and sent it to them within half an hour my account got verified and within maybe 8 to 10 days payoneer card arrived at my home paypal was all set and verified but due to one single mistake I made my account limited though it had 0$ the mistake was I logged in from paki ip :/

Lol, that's the catch! You need to take extra care that you're logging in from a US based ip! [emoji13] and you must have edited the *name* and *cnic number* fields of the cnic image you found on Google. The pic on the cnic wouldn't have mattered as they wouldn't know it's you or not anyway lol. Nice trick [emoji12]but there's no harm in using your original cnic either with Payoneer as they do have pak in the list of their supported countries!
only if you had used a vpn, you still would've had your PayPal. Bad luck, I guess! [emoji14]

Well $ rate on paypal is cheaper than on going rates .. And premium guys here providing alot cheaper services for import and online buying .. So i should suggest why deal outside when u have secure platform of pakgamers ..
And i guess payoneer no longer help to verify paypal now ..

well, i am freelancer,,

and i am collecting money via paypal - from client, my email id is associated/secondary with one of my client in UK, its like profile wise.. and i can only send money to my email id, but can't use in any store or site because of secondary email and profile based - and yes.. fees may vary. and tax, because of uk based paypal, 20% to 25%,

this isnt safe mode, but i trust client, working since 3 years, so no issue at all. and he sending me via moneygram/westrun union

conclusion: i cannot use my email id (that associated with my client paypal); because of no permission to use :yay:

if you've some people/friends in uk/usa, then you can create paypal account and can verify it via phone, thats it..

lots of alternate. but not secure. not permanent.. so this isnt good idea,,

Payoneer works well with paypal I use payoneer to withdraw my paypal money all you need is Virtual USA Bank account from Payoneer.

If ur account remain limited for more then 180 days they give u option to withdraw funds to ur bank ac or through cheque.so i atached my payoner bank ac and they transfered into my payoner
