Since its digital money and likelihood of stolen money is very high i will only accept it from premium sellers or you need to have a very high reputation here.
Finally, i will pay reasonable amount not something silly. For example, $20 is currently 3035 Rs according to current google exchange rate, i will pay a few hundred rupees more for your trouble but don't come expecting Rs 5000 for $20 USD.
