Optix A Good Alternative to StormFiber?

Hi;

Its third day now that I am without internet. Apparently, KE guys disconnected my SF connection either out accidentally or out of malice, and the SF guys have not fixed it. Understandably there was an added challenge caused by the rain but the loss of connection has become a frequent regardless. So, I was wondering if Optix would be a good alternative, both in terms of service and bandwidth speed?

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks.

I can only comment on my Optix experience during the day (have it at work) and it's pretty alright. Usually issues happen because either construction somewhere damaged the fiber or it's a country level issue.

I have SF at home and have started to despise it as much as Fiberlink at nights, SF is unusable at night time.

Thanks for the help Imad. Wish someone is able to provide their experience at home with Optix because that's where the heavy usage is. In office people seldom download movies and play games.

SF people finally fixed the problem today only for the KE people to show up and pull down the wires once again. Don't know why those douchebags are doing this.
