How to differentiate between original and fake perfumes in the market?

Its Hard to tell. they easy way is to buy its from good store like Scentsation it will be 100 or 200 rupees expensive but perfume will be 110% original and heart satisfactory

Davidoff Coolwater 2200
Azaro Chrome 2900
Joop 2500
Ferrari Black 2600

Go to Scentsation, not sure where your location is but if you are in Khi then go to them, they are the real deal.

Issey Miyake is the best of all time and if you wanna go a little oriental touch 24 Gold and Acqua di Gio is also Awesome, 212 For Men is a classic and the list goes on, but four already recommended are the best and you can never go wrong with those!

Also don't buy from just anyshop, because there are alot of fakes even well known shops accidentally get fakes, i.e. had it happen to me with Imtiaz. Fakes don't last even half as long and fakes are kinda prickly

+1 Issey Miyake is so good, Dunhill Desire RED another class to wear. Plus there is American Based Coty company that makes low priced fragrances but they are real good. I tried 10 bottles few years back, ordered from ebay direct and the name of that fragrance is 'Stetson Country'.

It comes in a little bottle but believe me its worth spending money on this. i remember chicks asked me on weekend nights out for this wear.

Go for something non-expensive and popular. Get something like Azzaro Chrome (Rs 2650) or Kenneth Cole Black.

Iseey Miyake, Aqua Di Gio, Armani, YSL are comparatively expensive.

Cool Waters is pretty popular in Pakistan, but I am not sure whether its pricey or not. Its pretty good. I definitely like it more than Eternity

Its better to buy from Naheed's Perfume section rather then from Scentsation, since Naheed is alot cheaper. Naheed sold me Azarro Chrome for 2650. Ask for Basu at Naheed, hes a really nice salesperson

Kenneth Cole black is very good too. That guy has been selling perfumes for a decade, but sometimes it's felt like the perfume was a really top quality fake, so if it's gauranteed original at scentsation, i'd consider it.

After badgering him for almost half hour he let me try Issey and La Nuit... got Issey for 5.4k.

Also, asked a very 'well groomed' friend of mine he says k you can get great stuff from Bolton Market?! that true? if yes then frm where in Bolton market??

So I had conversation with Basu over at Naheed's Perfume Section. He tells me there are three big perfume importers in Karachi. One is Multitech, the other is BNB and the third I dont remember. Sensation is owned by one of these companies. Another of these companies owns Essence De Paris in Dolmen Mall Tariq Road. Naheed buys from all three of these suppliers and then sells the fragrances at a price cheaper then they sell at their own individual stores.

I bought Issey Miyake a week or two ago from Naheed. 2 days ago I bought 1 Million from Essence De Paris. 1 Million doesnt seem to suit me since it wont stay on my skin for too long

Very risky buying from Bolton Market, extremely difficult to distinguish the fakes from the genuines (been there done that!), so not recommended, spend a little more and rest assured.

Last December i was in Karachi and purchased Azzaro For Men from Bolton (Cosmetics Market). Bottle looks original and quality of plastic cap and box is also like original, even it got a serial number also at bottom! I also confirm the originality of perfume by an other shop in the same market and the 2nd shopkeeper assured me that it is original. But when i tested it in home i came to know that this was a first copy. The shopkeeper said that this is 100 % original but being a user of Azzaro for last 15 years i can tell with no doubt that it was a copy. It is not lasting and need to put 7 or 8 spray to feel it and after half an hour it vanished.

The Original Azzaro i purchased from Doha Duty Free was long lasting that even after you washed your cloths you can smell it.
I will never ever buy any perfume from Pak. The shopkeepers are intentionally selling fake perfume as original.

It is not very common like the other fragrances described in this thread.
This cologne is the epitamy of class!! You feel like a million bucks when you wear this stuff even if your dirt poor.
Being a user from last 15 years I got a lot of compliments from female and it is also not expensive you can get 100ml in 2100 PKR. But purchased from some reliable source.
