As the world of technology is enhancing day after day, we get to try something new. Each passing day a new device is introduced that leaves us to astound that how the human brains work to create such extraordinary machinery. The same thing happened when NVIDIA announced the GeForce GTX 1080.
It is the first graphics card launched by NVIDIA on its brand new Pascal microarchitecture. Pascal is the first 16-nanometre graphics card architecture in the market, and represents a big leap in the efficiently turning electrical energy into 1s and 0s versus the older 28-nanometre process utilized in NVIDIA’s older Maxwell and Kepler GPU cards — the GeForce GTX 6xx to 9xx series. The GeForce GTX 1080 is — for now — the flagship card in the line. A slightly less powerful, and cheaper, GTX 1070 has also been launched.
